Take notice that Dayton's sophomore forward Obi Toppin has been named the winner of the Oscar Robertson Trophy as the national player of the year and Duke's standout center Vernon Carey Jr. has earned the Wayman Tisdale Award as the nation's top freshman in voting by the USBWA.
